My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were very quaint, cute, and comfortable, done in true Mexican style, plus they were extremely clean and well-kept. The service was excellent, especially Erica, who was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Playa Del Carmen with lots of bars and restaurants around, close to the ADO Station, and within walking distance of almost everything. The dining experience was amazing, and the facilities were top-notch. A superb value for money overall!

My stay at Hotel Cielo was an absolute delight! The location is superb, right in the heart of Playa del Carmen amidst all the shops and just a stone's throw away from the Cozumel ferries.
